Judd Apatow’s This Is 40 hits theatres at the end of the year, bringing us back to the world of Knocked Up that we all loved back in 2007.

We got two great new images of Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann this morning, and now an awesome new full-length trailer has debuted online over at Yahoo Movies.

Jason Segel will be reprising his role alongside Rudd and Mann, as well as Mann and Apatow’s real-life children Maude and Iris Apatow, with great support coming from Megan Fox, Albert Brooks, Chris O’Dowd, John Lithgow, Melisssa McCarthy, and the ever-brilliant Lena Dunham.

“Writer/director/producer Judd Apatow (The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Funny People) brings audiences This Is 40, an original comedy that expands upon the story of Pete (Paul Rudd) and Debbie (Leslie Mann) from the blockbuster hit Knocked Up as we see firsthand how they are dealing with their current state of life.”

The success of Bridesmaids last year, which went to the Oscars with two nominations, including Best Screenplay, will have everyone wondering over the next few months whether Apatow could be heading for an awards run for his own film.

This Is 40 will be released in the US on 21st December, before coming to the UK a little later on 14th February, 2013 – the perfect Valentine’s Day film. For now, here’s the brilliant new trailer. Enjoy.
